Quantity, destination and who unloads
Give the number of modules or buildings, the destination ZIP code, access limits, and who supplies the crane lift plan. Freight, taxes, duties and installation should be separate lines. An optional USD budget should say whether it is per module or for the whole order.
Supplier matching here means sending that same brief to factories that build similar systems, then lining up answers. It does not mean a pre-approved plant list or an offer of original-brand product.
Fictional RFQ illustration, not a completed project, quotation or approved design: a buyer compares portable-office options for a 60 ft by 24 ft footprint. The buyer lists actual module dimensions, roof and wall assemblies, and any required fire-resistance rating separately. Wind, snow and seismic criteria must come from the project team. Each factory returns its proposed primary frame, secondary framing, purlin and girt layout, transport envelope, crane lift plan and foundation interface. The review checks whether each answer matches that same written basis; a lower shell total is not evidence that an installed building costs less.
